Obviously still problems but still good stuff to see. Studenic is proving himself to be an everyday player. Siegenthaler continues being a fantastic shutdown defender. When Zacha missed a couple of shifts Boqvist filled in and did fine; I think Boqvist should be given more of a chance.

The line combos have been working out a lot better which begs the question why it took so long to get to this spot though.

Ty Smith is awful

Giving up goals to Oilers' offensively allergic depth players is a killer.

This control on a delayed penalty is complete garbage. Linesmen always call the play dead when somebody touches the puck even if they don't have "control".

It's even worse when you realize that Hamilton clears the puck after he takes the penalty and the linesman is just actually blind so he doesn't call it dead. Oh, and then obviously they don't even known the rules of the game they are supposed to be enforcing so we sit here for 10 minutes doing nothing.

When are we ever going to get to get a true starting goaltender? Every goaltender we've had, including Blackwood, since Schneider screwed us out of McDavid/Eichel/Matthews/Laine has been subpar.
